— about Judge Wallace —

The law has been her esteemed privilege.

For more than three decades, Toni M. Wallace has been a proud resident of Fort Bend County — educated in its schools, raising her family here, and serving the community from the bench of County Court at Law #4.

Judge Wallace earned her Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, then returned to Fort Bend County and earned her JD from South Texas College of Law. She built a 15-plus-year career as an attorney — beginning in civil litigation and later practicing across debt collection, criminal defense, and real estate law.

That breadth — combined with experience as a former prosecutor and defense attorney — is what is needed on the bench: a judge who has seen courtrooms from every chair, and whose record reflects both fairness and command of the law.

On November 3, 2026, Fort Bend voters can keep an experienced jurist in County Court at Law #4.

Through Girls Court — the C.O.R.E. Program — Judge Wallace has championed a court-based intervention for the young people of Fort Bend County, serving elementary- and middle-school students with the structure, accountability, and care that change lives early.

It is the kind of work the public rarely sees: a judge using her docket to invest in a community's children. It is also the kind of work that compounds for a generation.

What she stands for.

Judicial temperament is the work — and the work shows up the same way every day: experience, fairness, and service to the people of Fort Bend County.

Experience

A judge who has seen every chair in the courtroom.

Fifteen-plus years as an attorney across civil litigation, criminal defense, real estate, and debt collection. Former prosecutor and defense attorney. Presiding Judge and former Administrative Judge of County Court at Law #4. The bench rewards experience — and Toni Wallace has it.

Fairness

Bold leadership, even-handed law.

Experienced and Fair is not a slogan — it is what a judge owes every party who stands in her courtroom: a hearing on the merits, a record-based ruling, and the dignity of an impartial bench. Judge Wallace's career has been built on that obligation.

Service

A bench that invests in young people.

Girls Court — the C.O.R.E. Program — turns the court into an instrument of early intervention for elementary- and middle-school students. It is the kind of public service that rarely makes headlines, but reshapes lives long after a single docket.

Experienced

and fair.
