The law has been her esteemed privilege.
For more than three decades, Toni M. Wallace has been a proud resident of Fort Bend County — educated in its schools, raising her family here, and serving the community from the bench of County Court at Law #4.
Judge Wallace earned her Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, then returned to Fort Bend County and earned her JD from South Texas College of Law. She built a 15-plus-year career as an attorney — beginning in civil litigation and later practicing across debt collection, criminal defense, and real estate law.
That breadth — combined with experience as a former prosecutor and defense attorney — is what is needed on the bench: a judge who has seen courtrooms from every chair, and whose record reflects both fairness and command of the law.
